At The Bush Honey Co., we believe every jar of honey should tell the story of the landscape it came from.

Founded by Jarrod and Maryanne Wallis, The Bush Honey Co. is a family-owned Australian business built on a passion for beekeeping, sustainable agriculture and producing exceptional honey. From our apiaries across Geelong, the Surf Coast and Moorabool, to carefully selected single-source honeys gathered by trusted Australian beekeepers, our mission is simple—to bring you some of Australia's finest local and single-source honey.

Unlike mass-produced supermarket honey, our honey is never blended to create a uniform flavour. Every variety reflects the unique nectar of its floral source, the season and the landscape in which it was produced. Each harvest has its own colour, aroma and character because that's exactly how nature intended it.

Our local honey comes exclusively from our own fixed apiaries throughout the Geelong region, allowing us to follow each season closely and harvest honey that truly represents the local environment. To showcase Australia's remarkable diversity of native flora, we also partner with reputable Australian commercial beekeepers who share our commitment to quality and ethical beekeeping, enabling us to offer an extensive range of genuine single-source Australian honeys.

Beyond honey, we create handcrafted beeswax candles, natural body care products and gift packs using ingredients inspired by the hive.

We are passionate about educating our community about bees, pollination and the vital role they play in our environment, while also assisting with bee rescues whenever possible.
